Produce quality
We always try our hardest to supply top quality produce, however occasionally the odd sub standard item may find its way into your box. We ask that customers check the contents of their delivery carefully and let us know about any problems within 24hrs. We will do our best to replace or compensate the following week.

Cancelled Box Policy
To reduce wastage and help us keep costs down, we ask all customers to follow our cancelled box policy. We follow a strict buy to order policy and so if boxes are cancelled at short notice, we may be left with surplus stock which we may be unable to sell. Eventually, this impacts on customers, due to increased wastage costs. If you would like to skip a delivery just let us know by Friday evening in the week PRIOR to your delivery. If you fail to cancel on time we may have to charge for your box.

Re-usable Boxes
We use re-usable, recycled cardboard boxes for your delivery. Customers are asked to leave their box out each week for collection so it can be reused for future deliveries. If you are not in when we call we ask that the box is left in the safe place used for delivery. If this isn’t under cover your box should be placed in our plastic bag and left upside down to prevent it filling with rain water. We reserve the right to charge customers who consistently fail to leave out their box for collection or for boxes which are returned in an unusable condition.

Payment terms
Payment is either weekly or fortnightly in arrears. Our preferred method of payment is direct in to our bank account either by standing order or internet / telephone banking. Alternatively, we can provide a Recurring Transaction Authority which allows customers to authorise ongoing payment by debit or credit card. We also accept payment by cheque or cash on delivery.
